Emerson supports McMillanDoolittle projects from start tocompletion, working collaboratively with client and internal stakeholders to deliver actionable strategies and drive business results. In his time at McMillanDoolittle, he has been involved in projects ranging from strategic and growth planning to digital transformation, consumer insights, and operations optimization. Emerson has also led internal research and crafted publications on topics including retail technologies and software, and helped lead the development of the proprietary McMillanDoolittle Retail Brand Trust (RBT) methodology. As a native Spanish-speaker, he devotes a portion of his time to supporting McMillanDoolittle’s LATAM clients.
Prior to joining McMillanDoolittle, Emerson worked in e-commerce assortment planning and merchandising at The Home Depot’s PRO division and held a client account management role at the NPD Group.
Emerson attended University of Chicago, studying behavioral psychology and neuroscience, and holds industry certifications in data analysis & presentation and in sales strategy.
