Marketing and Consumer Behavior Expert
Morgan Ward is an associate of McMillanDoolittle, having joined the company in 2004, and a professor at Emory University in Atlanta. She provides expert knowledge on consumer behavior and researches topics relating to luxury consumption. Prior to joining McMillanDoolittle, Morgan worked on the start-up team of the Hollister, a teen-focused retail concept for Abercrombie & Fitch.
Morgan is an accomplished author with several published articles examining how service employees can create positive interactions with consumers and what techniques can help them recover from service failures. Her articles have been published in a number of leading academic journals including Journal of Consumer Research, Journal of Marketing Research and Journal of Marketing.
Ward completed her BS at Cornell University in 1999, and MBA and Ph.D. in Marketing at the University of Texas at Austin’s McCombs School of Business in 2005 and 2010 respectively.
