Greg has over 25 years of retail and consumer goods consulting experience. He specializes in helping clients develop strategies, design operational processes and evaluate and implement technology solutions to meet evolving consumer and business requirements. His focus is in the areas of merchandising and supply chain and is grounded in data and financial modeling.
Greg’s involvement includes merchandise financial planning, pricing, local market assortments, transportation management and network strategy. Prior to joining McMillanDoolittle, Greg worked at consulting firms including BoozAllen & Hamilton, Accenture and Cognizant.
Greg has a BA from Northwestern University and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern.
