Mark has more than 35 years of operational and consulting experience, specializing in supply chain strategy, network optimization and inventory management. Mark leverages his unique background in Retail to help clients optimize and enhance their supply chain.
Clients include Footlocker, GNC Mexico, Heinz Pet Products, Panasonic, and Starbucks. Mark has extensive experience working with domestic and multinational companies, and with organized labor facilities. Projects have included strategic planning, distribution facility design and start-up, engineered labor standards implementation, overseas sourcing and transportation optimization.
Prior to joining McMillanDoolittle, Mark served in numerous operational roles including the Chief Supply Chain Officer for USFoods, overseeing all aspects of replenishment, warehousing and delivery operations for over 60 sites. Additionally, Mark was Group VP of inventory strategy for Walgreens and SVP of Supply Chain for Duane Reade. Mark also spent over 15 years at Deloitte Consulting and Accenture, as an executive in the Retail Supply Chain practice.
Mark holds a Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
