His work in organization design and international ecommerce strategies has resulted in industry-leading thinking on retailer best practices and strategic planning.

Jim has authored multiple research and benchmarking studies for the National Retail Federation on organization design and digital retail strategies. Other publications include Global Cross Channel Retailing, a benchmark study of leading retailers’ digital capabilities across 17 countries.

Jim has been a featured presenter at retail conferences such as the National Retail Federation,, Internet Retailer, The Retail Institute of Scandinavia (Denmark), Global Ecommerce Summit (Spain), Ecommerce One-to-One (France), Emerce Europe (Netherlands), NACS Global Forum and WGM (Singapore). Jim is also the co-founder of the Global E-Commerce Leaders Forum, a conference series dedicated to international ecommerce.
