Jim leads the digital practice at McMillanDoolittle. Jim has over 25 years of retail strategy consulting experience, focused on digital retail transformation. His work in organization design and international ecommerce strategies has resulted in industry-leading thinking on retailer best practices and strategic planning.

Jim has developed digital growth strategies for clients such as Adidas, Giant Eagle, Pep Boys, Baccarat, Verizon Wireless, Souris Mini, Lands’ End, Ascena Retail, Tractor Supply Company, Gap, LensCrafters, Neiman Marcus, Chantelle, Mark’s, L Brands, Hunter Fan, U.S. Navy Exchange, Lowes, Crate and Barrel, MasterCard International, Harry Rosen, Bassett Furniture, Holt Renfrew, Walgreens, and Emart.

Jim has been a featured presenter at retail conferences such as the National Retail Federation, Shop.org, Internet Retailer, The Retail Institute of Scandinavia (Denmark), Global Ecommerce Summit (Spain), Ecommerce One-to-One (France), Emerce Europe (Netherlands), NACS Global Forum and WGM (Singapore). Jim is also the co-founder of the Global E-Commerce Leaders Forum, a conference series dedicated to international ecommerce.
