Amanda Lai, Director of McMillanDoolittle’s Food Industry Practice, will headline the Niagara University Food Industry Center of Excellence Summit next week as the opening keynote speaker on Tuesday, September 24, at the Hyatt Regency in Buffalo, New York. This year’s theme, “Built to Thrive: Agility and Adaptability,” will focus on how businesses can remain agile and responsive in today’s rapidly changing food industry. Amanda’s keynote, “The Future of Food Retailing,” will explore how technology and shifting consumer preferences are influencing store design, product offerings, and customer engagement.
Amanda will be joined by Peter Genovese, Go to Market Program Manager at Google Gemini; Chelsea Schroder, Director of Foodservice at Circana; and Mercedes Wilson, CEO and Owner of Sadie’s Foods. Across four sessions, these experts will provide diverse perspectives on the current and future state of the food industry and offer strategies for navigating the evolving retail landscape.
