The Retail Robotics and AI Conference, Sponsored by McMillanDoolittle, Occurs this Week at Northwestern University’s San Francisco Campus

The Retail Robotics and AI Conference

McMillanDoolittle, a retail consulting firm focused on converting customer insights into strategies, will be a sponsor and participant at Northwestern University’s Retail Robotics and AI Conference. The conference is organized and hosted jointly by Northwestern’s Retail Analytics Council and the Platt Retail Institute. It will occur on April 26th at Northwestern’s San Francisco Campus.

“AI and Robotics aren’t just back-end efforts by retailers to improve operations and profitability. They can also be used as tools to improve the retailer’s front-end experience – improving the retailer’s ability to compete on convenience, value, experience, or true engagement,” said Partner David Weiss. Senior Partner Neil Stern added that “The potential for AI and Robotics to truly make the customer’s experience seamless across the physical and digital worlds will be key for retailers to thrive in the future.”
