Who’s Winning the Race in Performance Footwear?: The Year-end Outlook for On, Nike, and Adidas

McMillanDoolittle’s Amanda Lai joined The Schwab Network’s Trading360 to discuss the outlook for footwear business On after their latest earnings release. • While financial performance doesn’t necessarily reflect the strength of the brand, On is gaining mindshare and is the “it” brand in footwear: but will consumers continue to be willing to pay full price?
  • Leftover inventory has led to other athleisure brands like Nike and Adidas to have more cautionary approaches to the holiday season, but On and Hoka are riding the wave of innovation.
