An Interview with U.S. Grocery Disruptor Don Fitzgerald, Tour His Latest Experiential Grocery Concept: Dom’s Kitchen & Market

Every month, one of our partners from our global alliance of retail and brand consulting firms, Ebeltoft Group, will share an innovative case from their country. This month it was our turn. Amanda Lai, Director at McMillanDoolittle, visited Chicago based grocer Dom’s Kitchen & Market to interview its Co-CEO Don Fitzgerald — a leader in the US grocery industry —  about the globally inspired, locally sourced grocery concept.

Don shares what inspired the interactive hybrid kitchen and market and how the concept invites customers to linger for a food experience.
