Diane is an accomplished professional with 30+ years of retail experience. Her areas of expertise include Business Performance Management, Merchandise Buying and Allocation, Inventory Management, as well as Team Development and Leadership. Since joining McMillanDoolittle Diane has contributed to several projects focusing on new store concepts, omnichannel merchandise assortment and planning, and team building. Diane has held management positions with Saks Incorporated, Bon-ton Stores, Carson Pirie Scott, Federated Department Stores, and Buy Seasons, Inc.
Diane holds a B.S. in Business degree from Eastern Illinois University.
