Consumer Research Associate
Ava provides consumer and market research, planning, and analysis support for McMillanDoolittle retail consulting projects. Her experience in marketing, brand strategy, and retail innovation brings an updated perspective in the fast-paced business climate of today.
Prior to joining McMillanDoolittle, Ava worked as an Omni Marketing Strategist at Kohl’s within their Category Branding team. She worked to initiate, influence and execute strategic vision through an omni-channeled approach for category pyramids in partnership with merchant organizations, marketing partners and vendors. She also has experience in social media and public relations through her internship with handbag designer Danielle Nicole, and her student ambassador position with the National Retail Federation.
Ava attended the University of Wisconsin, graduating with undergraduate degrees in Retailing & Consumer Behavior and Spanish, and a certificate in Entrepreneurship.
