Alyson leads projects from ideation to completion and is passionate about identifying innovative opportunities for growth and delivering insights that inspire action. Since joining the team in 2016, she has leveraged her cross-functional expertise, partnering with retailers, brands and technology clients on developing and executing growth strategies, concept development, operational improvements, market entry and global channel strategy.
Alyson has worked within many segments including Consumer Electronics, Specialty Apparel & Accessories, Automotive, Luxury Goods, Food Services and Grocery. She also has extensive global retail experience, having worked with clients based in Asia, Europe, Latin America and North America, and has spoken internationally on topics such as retail trends and best practices, customer experience, merchandising and digital engagement.
Prior to joining McMillanDoolittle, Alyson held Merchandise and Inventory Planning roles for two international retailers: Ralph Lauren and Follett. At Follett, Alyson managed the execution of the course materials strategy and inventory investments for over five hundred thousand SKU’s in more than two hundred stores. While at Ralph Lauren, Alyson specialized in optimizing revenue potential through the development of category-specific analysis tools and assortment strategies.
Alyson holds a B.A in Political Science with a minor in Corporate Strategy from Vanderbilt University.
