Alex leads the firm’s global communications work. As a Senior Associate, she provides planning and presentation support for McMillanDoolittle’s retail focused study tour practice and leads charge on content development for speaking engagements. She is also responsible for developing Ebeltoft Group’s annual publication Retail Innovations and provides comprehensive event planning assistance for bi-annual international conferences.
Alex also provides research and marketing support for consulting engagements centered upon consumer insights. Since joining the team in 2012, she has conducted extensive work in survey research, customer intercepts and strategy for retailers, investors and manufacturers in the Americas and Europe.
Alex holds a B.A. in Communications Studies from the University of Iowa. Alex serves on American Cancer Society’s National Gala Task Force and volunteers her time providing board member research and event planning.
