Alexandra Sotereanos is a Senior Consultant at McMillan|Doolittle with over 10 years of experience in world class consulting and retail environments. She has proven skills in business strategy, analytics, and execution.

Alex earned an MBA from DePaul University and a Business degree in Marketing from the Pennsylvania State University. Her career in retail began as a Brand Central sales manager in Rutland, Vermont with Sears, Roebuck, & Company. During her tenure as a consultant for Accenture, she provided research and insights for “The Retail Place”, a Chicago based think-tank and thought leader for the firm’s retail practice. She also provided analysis, recommendations, solutions, and decision making tools to clients for improved organizational efficiency and increased profit and sales dollars. Past clients include A&P, Nordstrom, JC Penney, Best Buy, Toys R Us, and Walgreen’s.

In 2006 Alex taught retail courses to students at the Women’s Business Development Center of Chicago. She unabashedly continues her quest to find & seek out new stores, formats, and innovations in the retail industry. This might explain the countless number of times she’s been caught and thrown out of stores for taking pictures.
